• Why should I buy handmade jewelry?

      Buying hand painted jewelry will ensure that you have a unique, one of a kind item. A lot of thought goes into the design of each          item. They all have a personal connection to me and I hope that my inspiration speaks to you through these pieces!

• But wait! Isn't hand made jewelry extremely expensive?

      I am sure you have seen elsewhere that hand made jewelry can be extremely expensive. However, while not compromising on              quality, my mission is to make affordable and wearable art. You will find that I have a wide range of hand made products that              are only slightly higher priced than mass produced products. 

• Can I purchase two items that as absolutely identical?

       Each product is individually hand painted, making them unique and one of a kind. This also means every piece is slightly                     different. I do try my best to match similar pairs but there can be subtle differences in the design. 

• What material are the earrings made of?

       Most of the hand painted earrings are made of wood and some are metal. All the material used for each pair of earrings are               separately mentioned in the product details. The lace and crochet earrings are made of threads. The jewelry hooks and posts are           nickel free and hypoallergenic. If you have more severe allergies, I would recommend you choose either gold filled or sterling               silver hooks for the earrings you order. They do come with an extra charge and you will see an option to choose these in the drop         down menu of the particular product. 

• Do you have any tips for use and care of the jewelry?  ​​

      Always wear the earrings with the earring backs provided. As they are very light, they can possibly fall off while taking ​

      off jackets or caps. We try to make sure the jewelry is weather-proof but there can still be some wear and tear with regular        use over time. Always store in a cool and dry place. Do not stack the hand painted earrings as they tend to stick together          if kept on top of each other for a long time. 

• Are the earrings heavy?

       No! The earrings are very light!

• What material are the coasters and picture frames made of?

      The coasters and picture frames are made of wood and painted with acrylic paints. I also use gesso or mirrors for some            designs. Each piece is individually hand painted making them one of a kind. 

• What are the magnets made of?

      The magnets are made of canvas with a magnetic backing. Acrylic paints are used to paint on the canvas. 

• What are the holiday décor and ornaments made of?

      The flat ornaments are made of wood. The spherical ornaments are made of glass which makes them fragile; so handle            with care. 

• What materials do you use for original art?

       I use a variety of materials which include pen and ink, acrylic, gesso and watercolor on paper or canvas. Traditional               Indian paintings such as Tanjore or Mysore art are made with natural paints (which I make with natural pigments), gesso          (traditionally limestone powder and chalk powder), gum arabica, and pure gold leaf or gold foil. 

• Do you offer gift wrapping?

      We do offer gift wrapping which comes with an extra cost. Please let us know in the comments box, and we will get back to you with an updated quote including gift wrapping charges. 

• Do you take custom orders?

      Yes, we do take custom orders for hand painted earrings, picture frames, coasters, magnets and holiday decor. Depending        on the size of the product or painting, it can take anywhere from 3 days (a pair of earrings) to a month (for large original          art). Email us with specifications for the custom order and we will get back to you. ​

• How do I know when you restock?

• Do you offer discounts or have seasonal sales?

      We offer discounts on bulk purchases. Follow us on social media for the latest on seasonal and themed offers ands flash             sales. 

• Do you ship worldwide?

     We currently only ship in the United States (including territories). 

• What are your return and exchange policies?

      The option to return a purchased product is available if the product is damaged during shipment or we've sent the wrong          product. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. ​
